Borderland Rotary Club is proud to announce the launch of the first annual Big Borderland Dog Walk, a sponsored dog walk that will, this year support a new garden to be established outside the children’s ward at the RJAH Orthopaedic Hospital in Gobowen and called Alice’s Garden.

The main walk will start outside the Guildhall at the Bailey Head in Oswestry SY11 1PZ at 10.30 on Sunday 4 th June 2023 but the sponsorship will continue over the next four weeks so that people of all abilities can be involved and reach their own targets.

Fundraising will be through Just Giving and sponsorship forms will be available both electronically and as a hard copy form that will be available from various locations in Oswestry. (TBA)

The route TBA – probably about 4 miles

Although the main walk will take place on Sunday 4 th the sponsored milage will continue for another four weeks afterwards so that most people can target around 50 miles in total.

The first walk will be broken down into different sections so that participants can do a walk that suits them.
